Not satisfied!!! I cant search via journey planner there are always bug!!!

Completely unreliable...public transport in Melbourne is crappy as it is but this app managed to make the experience even worse.

The update never informed itd lead to change of the app: but that is what it is! And the new app is buggy, has fewer features - where are the timetables that can be browsed offline?, just useless. How could PT think it would satisfy the passengers?

This upgrade is clearly a joke, almost all the functions have been stripped off, you cant see the network map, nor access the offline timetables. In fact there is almost nothing you can do ! Please bring back the old one !!!!

Im in Melbourne for my holidays and I was counting on an app to direct me and help me finding my way with the train/tram. But this is the biggest joke I ever had. It seems that its been done by amateurs.... Find some pros to fix this! It is crashing all the time.

App crashes as soon as Im trying to find connection. App has potential but at the current state its absolutely useless.

The new update doesnt show platform number for me. Just tells me what train to take. It doesnt have holiday schedule either and has some difficulty finding some locations. Make this app as good as the trip planner online !

If it offered maps of your trip it would be a great app.

Very difficult to save your favorite stops and trips. About 75% of the time it fails to load my journey or the schedule. Save yourself the headache of this app and use the journey planner online.

App doesnt find addresses in Melbourne, really disappointing and a real bummer for those who rely on it to get around the city. Hope an update is soon available...

Have been "trying" to use app for months now, searching by address or exact name of stations fails to give any results 75% of the time, and once two points can actually be found, 90% of the time I have to search and get no results and then go back and search again. 25% of the time I search 20 times and get no results...then go use old Metlink app and find schedule at first search.

It worked really great and it still does for the most part. However, I no longer can see my current location once I am moving. The blue dot has disappeared...bug?

Better than the last version: sleeker, faster, way easier to use. Nice work!

I got used to use Metlink. And when change to this app, I gave up using it, because it takes lots of effort to check the time of train. I need to use from map to find the place to go. This is very stressful and useless compare to Metlink. No train network.

New version is terrible, I cant use it. Old version was amazing, please back old version!!!

Very useful app. A Must have app if you are out and about Melbourne..

Not helpful in its current state. Cant plan trips, cant rely on the app.

Impossible to plan/browse train connections within the timetable. Clunky design.
